Health & Fitness – Day 9

It’s easier to stay focused on your goals if you feel good in your body. Life is just better if you’re feeling flexible and strong. I can see the impact of healthy choices on my mind and body almost immediately. 

Execution: I do the Tracy Anderson Method. I’ve been following her since 2017, when the complex and creative moves caught my attention. Finally took the plunge and subscribed to her streaming service in April of 2020 and I haven’t looked back. I only do the workout 2-3x per week, but I can say that even that much has changed my body for the better. 

Personal Notes: While on the one hand I can see the impact of healthy choices immediately, I can also see the negative effect of not-so-healthy choices almost immediately, too. I did not need that box of M&Ms… So I’m drawing a line under that one and moving on. I also have a fridge full of salad, protein, and healthy fats for support. And I’m heading to my mat now!
