Goals vs Tactics – Day 2

Day Two Wrap Up – 

So that was a fail on the early morning wake up BUT I am not allowing myself to be sabotaged! I managed to get in my 5 minutes of silent meditation, movement, and water… and I’m working on the writing now!  

Here’s a Daily To-Do: 

  • Write out your top ten goals every day. 
  • Figure out the needle moving activities
  • Get those done! 

I’m also working out the difference between a Goal and a tactic to get to that goal. A goal is something you want to achieve (ex. I want to be a slim, healthy weight) A tactic is something that will get you to that goal (ex. eating less, moving more…)

My Top Ten Goals (revised)

  1. Healthy slim figure
  2. Save $1000
  3. Buy a beautiful bag 
  4. Have at least 5 digital products for sale 
  5. Refine eBay store
  6. Home environment organized and streamlined
  7. Increase value of Youtube 
  8. Increase value of skills in the marketplace
  9. Strengthen relationships
  10. Increase value of online properties!

Task Breakdown:

Daily 

  • Wake up before 8AM — Errrr…. Nope. 
  • Meditate in silence for 5 minutes or more – YES! 
  • Work Out – some sort of movement – YES! = 30 days of Tracy Anderson Dance Cardio
  • Drink at least 90 ozs of water – Yes! 3 full 32 oz bottles 
  • Write at least 300-500 words on Project – errr… that’s still in progress. 

Weekly

  • Carve out time to declutter/organize
  • Schedule time to organize eBay
  • Transfer $250 to savings 
  • Transfer $200 to bag fund
