Gratitude – Day 22

Theme of the day – Cultivate an Attitude of Gratitude

Points: Specific expressions of gratitude will transform your life. 

Execution: I read the book The Magic in August and completed 28 days of listing 10 new elements of gratitude each day. I call it a “Thank You” list and I can attest that it has slowly and surely reframed my attitude toward positivity and gratitude.  

Personal Notes: I continue to make my “thank you” list every morning only now I focus on the three elements that are the most relevant to my life right now. For example, if I’m working on a specific goal, I’ll add a “thank you” for specific encouragement or remember a time when I accomplished a similar goal and add that to my “thank you” list. This is giving me definite fuel to move forward. Here’s to positive momentum!!!
